Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who accesses ProfitFlow. It protects customers, their users, the service, and third parties from misuse. It forms part of the Terms & Conditions.

• Use ProfitFlow for lawful business-management activities.
• Enter information you are authorized to collect and process.
• Respect privacy, intellectual-property, and contractual rights.
• Use integrations and exports within documented limits.
• Cooperate with reasonable security and abuse investigations.

• Use the service for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, systems, or networks.
• Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written authorization.
• Introduce malware or code intended to damage, intercept, or disrupt.
• Overload, interfere with, reverse engineer, or circumvent service controls except where law expressly permits.
• Harass others, infringe rights, or process unlawfully obtained information.
• Misrepresent identity, affiliation, or the source of communications.
• Resell or provide unauthorized access to the service.

Automated access must use approved interfaces and respect documented limits. You may not use scripts, bots, or repeated requests in a way that degrades performance, bypasses controls, or creates unreasonable load.

We may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action, including limiting functionality, removing harmful content, suspending access, or terminating accounts. Where appropriate and safe, we may request corrective action before suspension.

We may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or investigate misuse, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Report suspected abuse to profitflow.support@gmail.com. Include enough detail for us to investigate, but do not send passwords or unnecessarily sensitive information.
