Our approach
Security is an ongoing engineering and operational responsibility. ProfitFlow aims to use safeguards proportionate to the service and the information it processes. This page describes our current security principles without claiming unverified certifications or guarantees.
Authentication
Account access is designed around authenticated user sessions. Users are responsible for protecting credentials and should use unique passwords. Additional authentication controls will be documented when they are available and verified in production.
Encryption in transit
Production web traffic should be transmitted over HTTPS using modern transport-layer encryption. Encryption protects information while it travels between supported clients and the service, but cannot eliminate risks on a compromised device or account.
Access controls
Access should follow least-privilege principles so users and authorized personnel can reach only the systems and information required for their responsibilities. Permissions and administrative access should be reviewed as the service evolves.
Backups and recovery
Business continuity and backup arrangements depend on the production infrastructure in use. ProfitFlow does not promise a specific backup frequency or recovery objective on this page until those controls are operationally verified. Customers should retain exports or independent records where available and appropriate.
Secure development practices
- Review changes before production release.
- Keep supported dependencies current based on risk.
- Validate inputs and apply secure framework defaults.
- Limit exposure of secrets and sensitive configuration.
- Investigate reported vulnerabilities and security events.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you found a security vulnerability, email profitflow.support@gmail.com with a clear description, affected URL or feature, and safe reproduction steps. Do not access other users’ data, disrupt the service, or publicly disclose an unresolved issue.
We will review good-faith reports and respond based on severity and available information. This page does not establish a bug-bounty program or promise payment.
