By creating an account, accessing, or using ProfitFlow, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use ProfitFlow for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• Provide accurate registration and billing information.
• Keep credentials confidential and use reasonable account security practices.
• Ensure authorized users follow these Terms.
• Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
• Remain responsible for activity performed through your account, except where prohibited by law.

Eligible new customers may receive a 14-day free trial. Trial eligibility, available features, and conversion requirements may be shown during registration or checkout. Unless clearly stated during signup, a trial does not guarantee continued access after it ends.

Paid features require a current subscription. Plan features, limits, and prices are those displayed when you subscribe and may change prospectively with reasonable notice.

You authorize applicable charges for the selected plan and billing cycle. Taxes, transaction fees, or currency conversion charges may apply. You are responsible for keeping payment details current and for charges incurred by authorized users.

Any refund rights will be governed by the terms presented at purchase and applicable law.

You may cancel a subscription through available account controls or by contacting support. Cancellation normally prevents renewal at the end of the current paid period; it does not automatically delete your account or data. Access after cancellation may be limited according to the plan and applicable retention practices.

ProfitFlow and its software, branding, interfaces, documentation, and related materials are owned by ProfitFlow or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended business purpose.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide the service.

You must use ProfitFlow lawfully, follow our Acceptable Use Policy, maintain appropriate backups or exports where available, and ensure you have the rights and notices needed for information you enter about customers, employees, suppliers, or others.

We work to provide a reliable service, but availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, internet conditions, third-party failures, security events, or circumstances outside our control may interrupt access. Features may evolve as the product improves.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProfitFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service. Any aggregate liability will be subject to limitations permitted by applicable law and any final commercial agreement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address non-payment, material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, abuse, or harm to the service or others. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED: The governing law, courts, dispute process, and contracting ProfitFlow entity must be confirmed by qualified counsel before commercial launch.

Until finalized in an executed agreement, this section does not designate a governing jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer or data-protection rights applicable to you remain unaffected.
